Job Description:

As a Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop strategic initiatives that shape the future of Fooditive. You will identify opportunities for growth and innovation and play an integral part in building and sustaining partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement growth strategies and plans.

2. Supervise CDMO to ensure that the contract's requirements are met.

3. Develop strategies for continuous process improvements.

4. Work closely with the R&D team and other relevant departments to align production process.

5. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.

6. Research business opportunities and viable income streams.

7. Draft and review contracts.

8. Report on successes and areas needing improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.

2. Experience in food production management or related roles.

3. Proven experience in business development or similar role.

4. Ability to build strong relationships with a network of key people.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Strong research and strategic analysis skills.

7. Must be eligible to legally live and work in The Netherlands.
