Fooditive was born with a clear purpose—to turn food waste into value.Under our original logo, we operated solely as an ingredient company, focused on creating natural sweeteners from surplus apples and pears. It was a humble start driven by innovation and a commitment to doing better with less.

Our journey took a pivotal turn when we saw how much perfectly usable fruit—especially apples and pears—was being wasted. That waste sparked an idea: what if we could turn it into something valuable?
From that question, our first innovation was born—a natural, plant-based sweetener made entirely from surplus fruit. It proved that sustainability and functionality could go hand in hand, opening the door to Fooditive’s impact on the future of food.
