About Fooditive:
Fooditive, a pioneer in plant-based food innovations, is currently searching for a Product Lead for our vegan casein production. As an integral part of our team, you will manage all aspects of our vegan casein product, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment within our team. Main Responsibilities:
Product Management: Oversee all aspects of our vegan casein product, ensuring successful production, distribution, and continual improvement.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the development manager to create and implement strategies aimed at optimizing and expanding the use of our vegan casein.
Team Leadership: Lead the sweetener team in a supportive manner, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring an efficient workflow.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for all matters related to our sweetener innovations, liaising effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Holder of a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in the food ingredients industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to contribute to, and grow within, a team-based environment.
