Product Lead - Vegan Caseins

Fooditive, a pioneer in plant-based food innovations, is currently searching for a Product Lead for our vegan casein production. As an integral part of our team, you will manage all aspects of our vegan casein product, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment within our team. Main Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Oversee all aspects of our vegan casein product, ensuring successful production, distribution, and continual improvement.

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the development manager to create and implement strategies aimed at optimizing and expanding the use of our vegan casein.

• Team Leadership: Lead the sweetener team in a supportive manner, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring an efficient workflow.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for all matters related to our sweetener innovations, liaising effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Holder of a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology. Advanced degrees are preferred.

• Minimum two years of experience in the food ingredients industry.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to contribute to, and grow within, a team-based environment.
